Materials

 

Features of NBR oil seal:

  1. Good oil resistance: good resistance to oil, when contacting with lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and other oil medium, it can maintain good sealing performance and effectively prevent oil leakage.
  2. Good wear resistance: it can work for a long time under the environment with certain friction, and when contacting with the rotating shaft, the wear-resistant characteristic can reduce the wear and prolong the service life of the oil seal.
  3. Wide temperature adaptability: it can work in a wide range of temperature, but too high temperature will affect its performance, the general working temperature is often between -40℃ - 120℃.
  4. Good elasticity: it can closely fit on the shaft, and has certain self-adaptation and compensation ability for the eccentricity and vibration of the shaft, so as to ensure the sealing effect.
