Structure
TB-type spring-loaded double-lip oil seal, specifically designed for complex operating conditions.
- The unique double-lip design is the core advantage of the TB-type oil seal. The main lip, under spring tension, tightly adheres to the rotating shaft, achieving zero leakage dynamic sealing even under high-speed operation or pressure fluctuations; the secondary lip is oppositely positioned to effectively block dust, sand, moisture, and other contaminants from entering, reducing wear on the main lip and significantly extending the oil seal's service life.
- In terms of material, the TB-type oil seal offers diverse options. Nitrile rubber (NBR) has excellent oil resistance and is suitable for conventional lubrication systems such as automotive transmissions and hydraulic pumps; fluorocarbon rubber (FKM) can withstand high temperatures up to 250°C and strong corrosive media, making it ideal for demanding applications such as chemical equipment and engines.
- An embedded metal skeleton enhances the seal's rigidity, ensuring stable installation without deformation; spring self-tightening technology automatically compensates for gaps caused by shaft eccentricity or lip wear, maintaining optimal sealing pressure at all times.
