Material Selection
- Main material: generally made of Nitrile Rubber (NBR) or Fluorine Rubber (FKM). NBR has good oil resistance, abrasion resistance and certain temperature resistance, which can meet the needs of most of the conventional working environment; fluorine rubber has more excellent high temperature resistance and chemical resistance, which is suitable for some of the more demanding working conditions.
- Spring material: stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials are usually used to ensure that the spring is not easy to rust, failure in the working environment, to ensure that its compression force on the sealing lip is stable and reliable.
