Features and Functions


Double Lip Seal Structure: A low pressure double lip seal with clamping spring effectively prevents contaminants from entering and improves the sealing performance of the outer diameter.
Additional Dust Lip: The additional dust lip protects the main sealing lip from dust and other contaminants, allowing the seal to be used in contaminated environments.
Good Lubrication Requirements: Adequate lubricant should be applied between the two sealing lips to prolong the service life of the seal.


Material
It is available in Nitrile Rubber (NBR) and Fluoroelastomer (FKM). NBR has good heat resistance and abrasion resistance. fKM has excellent resistance to high temperature, aging and oil.


Applications
