Composition

Materials
Nitrile rubber (NBR)
Performance characteristics: good heat resistance, wear resistance, resistance to all kinds of lubricating oil, grease, oil and gas mixtures, etc., applicable temperature is generally in the range of - 40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃.
Application advantages: relatively low cost, good overall performance, can meet the sealing needs of many conventional working conditions, can be used in automotive engines, gearboxes and other parts of the oil seal.
Fluorine rubber (FKM)
Performance characteristics: outstanding aging resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, almost applicable to all lubricants, fuel oils, gasoline, in the oil containing extreme pressure additives are not easy to harden, however, cold resistance.
Application Advantage: It can be used in some occasions with very high requirements for oil resistance and heat resistance, such as high-end equipment in aerospace, chemical industry and other fields.
