TB type oil seal has the following features:
Double lip design: there are main lip and secondary lip, the main lip prevents lubricant leakage and the secondary lip prevents dirt and other contaminants from entering the system.
One spring: spring is mounted inside to ensure stable sealing performance.The spring exerts a force on the sealing lip that ensures a tight fit between the sealing lip and the shaft, even under varying operating conditions.
Metal Shell with Rubber Coating: The oil seal is enclosed in a metal shell, which is usually made of cold rolled carbon steel for corrosion resistance. The metal housing is coated with a rubber coating inside and outside. The inner rubber coating protects the housing from the media, while the outer rubber coating improves sealing performance and wear resistance.
