SC TYPE: Single lip,single spring, steel farme wrapped in rubber,rotating seal,used in the occasion of low pressure without dust and pollution.Maximum pressure 0.03 MPA(0.3/ Kgf/cm2).
Structural design
- Single lip structure: with one sealing lip, directly contacting with the rotating shaft, can effectively prevent fluid leakage.
- Clamping spring: Equipped with a clamping spring, it can help the sealing lip always maintain a suitable compression force on the shaft under different pressure conditions, maintain a good sealing effect and improve sealing efficiency.
- Metal skeleton: Usually with metal skeleton to provide support for the oil seal, enhance its overall rigidity and stability, to ensure that the oil seal can maintain its shape in the working process, not easy to deform.
- Rubber Covering: The outer diameter of the oil seal is usually covered with rubber, which can improve the sealing ability of the outer diameter.
Application
Automobile: it can be used in the crankshaft oil seal, transmission oil seal and other parts of the automobile engine to prevent lubricant leakage.
Industrial machinery: commonly used in electric motors, reducers, pumps and other equipment, rotary shaft sealing, to ensure that the lubricating oil inside the equipment does not leak out, to maintain the normal operation of the equipment.
Hydraulic system: In some low pressure hydraulic system, SC type oil seal can be used to seal the hydraulic oil, to ensure the system pressure stability and normal circulation of the oil.
