Material
NBR: it is widely used in general working conditions of reducers. NBR has good resistance to common reducer lubricant, can effectively resist the erosion of the oil, to ensure the sealing performance of the oil seal. Its working temperature range is generally between - 40℃ and 120℃, which can meet the working environment requirements of most conventional speed reducers. At the same time, the cost of NBR is relatively low, with high cost performance, is an economical and practical choice.
FKM: fluorine rubber can maintain stable physical and chemical properties at extreme temperatures ranging from - 26℃ to 250℃, and is highly resistant to various chemical media and corrosive substances generated at high temperatures. This enables FKM oil seals to achieve reliable sealing even under severe working conditions, providing a guarantee for the stable operation of the gearbox in special environments.
