Oil Seal Structure
- Double lips(a main lip, a vice lip), one spring.The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal, used in low pressure, one side with sealing medium and the other side with light dust. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2).
- TC type oil seal consists of three parts: rubber sealing lip, metal skeleton and spring. The rubber sealing lip is the part in contact with the shaft surface and is shaped like a lip to closely fit the shaft surface and prevent oil leakage. The metal skeleton provides support and stability to ensure that the oil seal maintains its shape during installation. The spring acts to increase the pressure on the sealing lip so that it can better fit the shaft surface.
