Meterial Composition
Rubber material: SC type oil seals use high quality special rubber, such as nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluorine rubber (FKM).
NBR has excellent oil resistance, good resistance to various lubricants, hydraulic oils, etc. It can effectively prevent the rubber from dissolving and softening due to oil erosion, and ensure that the oil seals can still maintain stable physical properties under the environment of long-term contact with oil.
Fluorine rubber, on the basis of this, has more excellent high temperature and chemical corrosion resistance, but also can resist strong acid, strong alkali and a variety of organic solvents corrosion, suitable for more severe working conditions.
Metal skeleton: The metal skeleton of the oil seal is made of high-strength steel, precision forged and CNC machined. It can provide a stable support structure for the oil seal and prevent deformation due to uneven force during installation and use.
