Structural Advantages
TB type oil seal mainly consists of two parts: rubber and metal skeleton.
The rubber part is the core to realize the sealing function, and we choose high-performance rubber materials, such as nitrile rubber (NBR) and fluorine rubber (FKM).
Nitrile rubber has excellent resistance to all kinds of lubricants, hydraulic oils, etc., and maintains stable physical properties even after prolonged contact with oil, ensuring that the oil seal can always fit the shaft surface tightly and realize reliable sealing in common lubrication environments such as automobiles and industrial equipment.
Fluorine rubber is on this basis, with more excellent high temperature and chemical resistance, can withstand high temperatures of up to 200 ℃ - 250 ℃, but also resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis and a variety of organic solvents corrosion, so that it in aerospace and other areas of high environmental resistance requirements play an important role.
