The integrated molding of peripheral rubber and metal skeleton enhances the mechanical strength and stability of the oil seal, ensuring that it still maintains good sealing performance under high-speed rotating conditions.
In terms of material selection, TB type oil seals offer a variety of high-performance materials. Nitrile rubber material is economical and practical, with good oil resistance and abrasion resistance, and the working temperature range is from - 40℃ to 120℃, which is suitable for most of the conventional industrial scenarios; Fluorine rubber material is excellent in high temperature and chemical corrosion resistance, and it can operate stably at extreme temperatures ranging from - 26℃ to 250℃, and it has excellent resistance to all kinds of fuels, lubricating oils, and additive-containing mediums.
