SC TYPE
SC type oil seal, also known as spring-loaded single-lip seal, is mainly composed of rubber body, steel skeleton and clamping spring.
Material Selection
- Main material: generally made of Nitrile Rubber (NBR) or Fluorine Rubber (FKM).
- Spring material: stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials are usually used to ensure that the spring is not easy to rust, failure in the working environment, to ensure that its compression force on the sealing lip is stable and reliable.
The SC type single-lip oil seal is made from high-quality nitrile rubber, offering excellent oil resistance and wear resistance, and can operate stably within a temperature range of -30°C to 120°C. The inner diameter covers a range of common specifications from 12mm to 40mm, making it directly compatible with various low-pressure gearboxes.
The single-lip design, combined with precise dimensional tolerances, effectively prevents lubricant leakage while also blocking the ingress of external dust.
The product is manufactured using an integrated molding process, ensuring uniform rubber texture, good elasticity, and tight adhesion to the shaft surface.
