Product Information
Our SB-type oil seal is an exceptional sealing product designed for harsh operating conditions. Its compact structure consists of an external single metal retainer and an internal rubber coating, with the main sealing lip and built-in spring working together to ensure effective sealing. The metal outer diameter is precision ground and features an entry chamfer for easy and convenient installation.
In terms of material, options include nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluorocarbon rubber (FKM). NBR has a working temperature range of -40°C to 120°C, while FKM can operate stably in high-temperature environments ranging from -26°C to 250°C.
Whether it's mineral oil, synthetic oil, or grease, it can handle it all with excellent sealing performance. It has good radial stiffness, especially in larger sizes, and stays stable after installation, preventing rebound. It's great for all kinds of machinery that need high sealing standards, providing a solid foundation for equipment to run smoothly.
