DG Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump
DG Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump are horizontal, single-suction, multistage, segmented centrifugal pumps. With high efficiency, wide range of performance, safe and stable operation, low noise, long life, easy installation and maintenance. For the transport of clean water or other liquids similar in physical and chemical properties to water. It is also possible to change the material of the pump flow parts, seal form and increase the cooling system for conveying hot water, oil, corrosive or abrasive media.
The series of DG multistage pump inlet and outlet are all vertical upward and compare to D series of multistage pump, it has cooling chamber and cooling water pipes to cool the temperature of shaft sealing (gland packing or mechanical seal) and the bearings.
D series it's applicable for water supply and drainage works in mines, plants and cities.
DF series can be used to transport corrosive liquids containing no solid particles.
DG series it's applicable for water supply in low/middle/sub-high pressure boliers as well as for the high-pressure water supply and drainage in plants or cities.

How do horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps work?
Multistage pumps work in connected stages. The process starts where the liquid will enter a chamber at the suction line pressure and will then exit at an elevated pressure before entering the next chamber. This process can continue multiple times and the more chambers the multistage pump has, the higher the achievable pressure can be.
