UPS Power Supply Test System

Introduction:

     The  automated testing system is designed and developed according to UPS inspection standards. The entire machine adopts a modular design scheme, with high system integration, small footprint, and convenient maintenance. During operation, the system uses scanning codes for recording, offers comprehensive testing functions, simple operation, and can connect to the customer's MES system to automatically upload test data. The system completes single-machine testing in just 90 seconds. Compared to traditional manual testing, this system significantly improves testing efficiency, accuracy, and data management, making it highly suitable for final product factory testing on the UPS assembly line

3. Inverter output includes relative N short circuit testing function;

4. Reserved external serial ports and USB interfaces for easy communication with prototypes

5. Input and output interfaces use Anderson quick connectors for convenient prototype wiring

6. Each circuit breaker is equipped with a gate indicator light

7. Comes with a barcode scanner (supports two-dimensional and three-dimensional), supporting barcode scanning tests

8. Emergency stop protection, load overheat alarm, and protection

9. All instruments and meters have remote control functions, centrally controlled by an upper computer

10. Equipped with a charging load (electronic load), pure resistive load, and non-linear load for UPS testing

11. The electronic load can be connected to either the positive or negative DC interface

12. The system does not include a battery pack; customers should configure it according to the test prototype
