The resulting hard coil exhibits increased strength and hardness due to cold work hardening, with excellent surface quality and dimensional precision suitable for various industrial applications.

Compared to hot-rolled steel plates, cold-rolled steel coils offer superior thickness precision, smooth surfaces, and excellent mechanical properties. The material undergoes annealing, pickling, and surface leveling to ensure optimal processing performance.

With smooth surfaces and excellent processing characteristics, our cold rolled steel coils are ideal for automotive components, household appliances (refrigerators, washing machines), industrial equipment, and construction materials. Cold rolled hard coils serve as raw materials for hot dip galvanizing plants.

Our manufacturing process uses 1.5-6mm hot-rolled strip steel as billet, incorporating pickling, cold rolling, degreasing, annealing, leveling, and shearing operations to ensure consistent quality.

We provide slitting services to cut cold rolled steel coils into strips of various widths, folded into small coils for transformer, motor industry, and other precision metal processing requirements.
