Waste heat treatment steel bar refers to the finished steel bar obtained by hot-rolling the steel and immediately passing through water to control the surface cooling, then using the waste heat in the core to complete the tempering treatment. This process produces high-strength ribbed steel bars with crescent-shaped cross-sections identical to hot-rolled ribbed steel bars, classified as Grade III reinforcement.
