Defects not permitted: rust, corrosion, perforation, delamination, severe head-up lines, impact damage, fold marks, serious edge burrs, large waves, periodic concave/convex points, zinc slag, zinc spots, galvanized lines, zinc layer peeling.
Requires zero-spangle hot-dip galvanized steel strip. Same defect exclusions as home appliances category.
Exterior decoration applications - uses smooth small spangle or zero spangle. Slightly larger surface roughness acceptable. Same defect exclusions apply.
