Available through continuous galvanizing lines with Sendzimir method or Cook-Norteman modifications, these coils undergo comprehensive processing including electrochemical cleaning, annealing, zinc immersion, and finishing treatments.
Electrolytic galvanizing applies zinc coating through electrochemical processes in acid or alkali electrolyte baths. This method produces thin coatings (5-12 μm) with excellent plasticity, ideal for automotive, transport, and machinery applications.
