Our seamless pipe manufacturing begins with solid steel rounds or billets cut to specified lengths and heated to 2,300°F in walking-beam reheat furnaces. The preheated rounds are transformed into tube shells through high-speed cross-rolling in rotary piercing mills, then processed in mandrel mills to achieve precise OD and wall thickness specifications.
All large-diameter seamless pipes undergo electromagnetic inspection using Amalog-Sonoscope systems. This advanced technology detects both longitudinal and circumferential defects through flux leakage analysis and electromagnetic induction, ensuring superior product quality.
Available in diameters from 32mm to 630mm with wall thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 60mm. Our comprehensive size range includes Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 pipes suitable for various industrial applications.
