Square and rectangular tubes are manufactured from rolled steel strips through flattening, curling, and welding processes. Standard delivery lengths range from 4000mm to 12000mm, with 6000mm and 12000mm being most common.
Spiral welded pipes offer superior strength and can be produced in larger diameters using narrower billets. Ideal for oil and gas transportation, pipe piles, and bridge construction applications.
Thick walled coiled pipes are manufactured through hot-rolling processes, available in diameters from 400mm to 3000mm and wall thicknesses from 4mm to 300mm, produced to meet specific customer requirements.
