Sch40 DN15 seamless steel tubes manufactured from Q235B, Q355B, API 5L, Q345B, and chromoly carbon steel. These thick-wall, large-diameter pipes are produced using advanced cold drawing technology for superior dimensional accuracy and structural integrity.
Our seamless pipe production begins with solid steel rounds or billets heated to approximately 2,300°F in walking-beam reheat furnaces. The rotary piercing mill transforms preheated rounds into tube shells through high-speed cross-rolling. These shells then proceed through the mandrel mill for precise OD sizing and wall thickness control, monitored by state-of-the-art hot-wall measuring systems.
All large-diameter seamless pipes undergo rigorous electromagnetic inspection using Amalog-Sonoscope systems. This advanced technology detects both longitudinal and circumferential defects through flux leakage by electromagnetic induction in search coils.
