Zhengde ductile iron pipes are manufactured from cast iron alloy containing iron, carbon, and silicon. The graphite exists in spheroidal form with size grade 6-7 and spheroidization level controlled to grade 1-3 (≥80% spheroidization rate), providing superior mechanical properties that combine the essence of iron with the performance of steel.
