Customized 8 Inch K7 K9 Class Ductile Cast Iron Pipe 800mm Diameter with Zinc Coating for Water Supply Systems
Zhengde ductile iron pipe is a high-performance cast iron alloy containing iron, carbon, and silicon. The graphite exists in spheroidal form (grade 6-7 size) with controlled spheroidization level of grade 1-3 (≥80% spheroidization rate), providing the material with enhanced mechanical properties that combine the essence of iron with the performance of steel.
After annealing, the metallographic structure consists of ferrite with minimal pearlite, delivering excellent mechanical performance including superior corrosion resistance, good ductility, effective sealing, and straightforward installation.
Primarily used as centrifugal ductile iron pipes for water supply, gas transmission, and oil transportation in municipal, industrial, and mining applications. These pipes are the preferred choice for water supply systems due to their exceptional cost-performance ratio.
