Zhengde ductile iron pipe is a high-performance cast iron alloy containing iron, carbon, and silicon. The graphite exists in spheroidal form with grade 6-7 size and spheroidization level controlled to grade 1-3 (spheroidization rate ≥80%), combining the durability of iron with the strength of steel. After annealing, the metallographic structure becomes ferrite with minimal pearlite, delivering exceptional mechanical properties.
