80mm-1600mm ISO2531 EN545 EN598 Ductile Iron Pipes with Tyton Push-in Joints K7-K10 Pressure Classes
Zhengde ductile iron pipe is a high-performance cast iron alloy containing iron, carbon, and silicon. The graphite exists in spheroidal form (grade 6-7 size) with spheroidization level controlled to grade 1-3 (≥80% spheroidization rate), combining the durability of iron with the strength of steel. The annealed microstructure consists of ferrite with minimal pearlite, delivering superior mechanical properties.
