The graphite within the material forms in spheroidal shapes, typically graded 6-7 in size, with spheroidization levels controlled to grade 1-3 (spheroidization rate ≥80%). This advanced metallurgical structure provides the material with superior mechanical properties, combining the durability of iron with the strength of steel.

After annealing treatment, the metallographic structure transforms to ferrite with minimal pearlite content, delivering excellent mechanical performance for demanding industrial applications.
