Key management cabinets prevent unauthorized persons from taking keys through strict authentication. Multiple authentication options and various other settings can further enhance operations such as returning keys and opening and closing cabinet doors.

Different authentication methods can be performed, including pass.word, RFID smart card and fingerprint recognition, ID number + pass.word, face recognition (optional),fingerprint recognition (optional).

• Safer and more reliable real-time key monitoring:

1) Alarm timer setting: Time limit can be set for each key. If it is not returned within the time limit, the timer will alarm.

2) Two-level approval setting:Two-level approval process can beset for the key, Both the user and the manager are required to approve the removal of keys, which is necessary for some keys that require strict control.

3) Automatically save usage records: 50,000 data logs can be automatically saved. These logs can record when and by whom the keys were extracted and returned. Print log records, recording operator and key usage details for the day or one day. This helps to further provide a strict key management control process.
