Product Introduction
Inconel 601 tube is a high-performance nickel chromium iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy tube with excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Its main components include nickel (58% -63%), chromium (21% -25%), and iron (balance), as well as small amounts of aluminum (1.0% -1.7%) and silicon (0.5%). These components endow Inconel 601 tube with excellent corrosion resistance, especially in high temperature and corrosive environments. Inconel 601 tube can maintain good oxidation resistance even at temperatures up to 1180 ℃, and can generate a dense oxide film even during heating and cooling cycles, thus possessing high anti stripping properties. It has good mechanical properties at both room temperature and high temperature, with a tensile strength of up to 650 MPa (annealed) and 600 MPa (solution treated), and an elongation of 30%. Inconel 601 tube is widely used in trays, baskets, and fixtures in heat treatment plants, wire strand annealing and radiation tubes, high-speed gas burners, wire mesh belts in industrial furnaces, isolation tanks in ammonia reforming, catalytic support grids in nitric acid manufacturing, exhaust system components, combustion chambers in solid waste incinerators, pipeline supports, and ash treatment components.
