Starter Motor Operation
When the engine is activated (via stop/start button or key), an electrical signal is sent to the starter solenoid, which transfers charge from the battery to the starter motor. This current activates the motor and engages the starter drive (Bendix gear system) with the vehicle's flywheel. The motor cranks the engine to initiate combustion. Once the engine runs independently, the starter disengages automatically.
