Manual Starters
Manual starters are devices operated manually for simple and straightforward operation without requiring expert intervention. The starter includes a button or rotary knob that enables users to turn connected equipment on or off. Mechanical linkages in the buttons make contacts open or close, starting or stopping the motor.

Starter Motor Operation
When the engine is activated (via stop/start button or traditional key), an electrical signal is sent to the starter solenoid. This component transmits charge from the vehicle's battery to the starter motor, activating it along with the starter drive (Bendix gear system). The electrical charge engages the flywheel, cranking the engine to initiate combustion in petrol and diesel vehicles. Once the engine runs properly, the mechanism disconnects the starter motor from the gear and flywheel as the engine no longer requires the electrical spark.
