Starter Motor Operation
When activated (via stop/start button or ignition key), the starter solenoid receives an electrical signal. This current flows from the battery to the starter motor, engaging the starter drive (Bendix gear) which connects with the engine's flywheel. The motor turns, cranking the engine to begin combustion. Once running, the starter disengages automatically.
