Starter Motor Operation
When the engine is activated (via stop/start button or key), an electrical signal is sent to the starter solenoid. This component directs charge from the vehicle's battery to the starter motor, activating it along with the starter drive (Bendix gear system). The motor then engages the flywheel, cranking the engine to initiate combustion. Once the engine runs independently, the mechanism disengages the starter motor from the flywheel.
