【Physical and Chemical Properties】

DMC is soluble in water, insoluble in esters, ketones and hydrocarbons. It can be used for solution polymerization, suspension polymerization and emulsion polymerization with free radical initiators. It can be homopolymerized or copolymerized with other monomers, thereby introducing quaternary ammonium salt groups into the polymer , so it has extremely strong polarity and affinity for anionic substances.

1. DMC is a neutral salt containing unsaturated double bonds. It can polymerize into high molecular weight compounds under the initiation of high-energy rays, light, heat and free radicals.

2. DMC is mainly used to manufacture cationic polymer flocculants. It can be used in the sludge dehydration process of sewage treatment plants and wastewater treatment in papermaking, coal slime flotation, printing and dyeing industries .

3. DMC is also used to manufacture highly absorbent resins that are resistant to acids and multivalent cation salts.

4. DMC can also be used to produce fine polymer products such as antistatic coatings, oilfield chemicals, textile auxiliaries, and daily chemical products .

[Packaging, Storage and Transportation]

Packed in 200kg PE plastic barrel or 1100kg IBC barrel.

During storage and transportation, avoid sunlight, rain and high temperature.

It should be stored in a cool place away from sunlight. The storage period is 6 months below 25℃ and 3 months above 30℃.
