We use the latest 3D CAD/CAM software for in-house tooling design and manufacturing. Additionally, 5 process engineers have extensive CAE simulation experience with Autoform / Danyform.
• Precision and Durability: We design molds according to your requirements, with precision molds having a lifespan of 300,000 - 500,000 cycles. Our equipment includes 10 CNC machines, including a 5 - axis machine with a maximum worktable size of up to 5000×2500 mm, as well as 500T - 1600T punching presses. We also have a complete set of inspection and trial - mold personnel.
