Product Description
Polycrystalline CVD Diamond
Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) is a process that uses gaseous or vaporous substances in the gas phase or gas-solid interface reaction to generate solid-state deposits. Under low-pressure conditions, carbon-containing gas is activated to create supersaturated carbon atoms on substrate (seed crystals), which deposit and grow into diamond. This method involves a series of chemical reactions during carbon source activation and deposition.
