The machine processes multiple layers of photovoltaic materials including solar cells, glass panels, backsheets, and encapsulation films within its working chamber. Through precisely controlled temperature and pressure application from upper and lower heating plates, the encapsulation film melts and flows to completely fill all gaps between material layers. After controlled cooling and solidification, all layers bond securely to form complete, well-sealed photovoltaic modules.
