This industrial-grade lamination machine utilizes advanced hot-pressing technology to bond multiple layers of photovoltaic materials including solar cells, glass panels, backsheets, and encapsulation films into durable, sealed solar modules.
The machine operates on precise hot-pressing technology where photovoltaic cell layers, glass, backsheets, and encapsulation films are placed in the working chamber. Through controlled temperature and pressure application from upper and lower heating plates, the encapsulation film melts and flows to fill all material gaps. After cooling and solidification, all layers bond tightly to form complete, well-sealed photovoltaic modules.
