This electric-driven thermal film sheet laminating machine utilizes advanced hot press dry lamination technology for solar module production. It operates on the principle of applying controlled temperature and pressure to multiple layers of photovoltaic cells, glass, backsheets, and encapsulation films within the working chamber.
Through precise temperature control and pressure application by the upper and lower heating plates, the encapsulation film melts and flows to fill all gaps between material layers. After cooling and solidification, each layer bonds tightly together to form a complete, well-sealed photovoltaic module.
