Solar Module Lamination Machine Overview
This industrial-grade laminating machine utilizes advanced hot-pressing technology to bond multiple layers of photovoltaic materials including solar cells, glass panels, backsheets, and encapsulation films into sealed, durable solar modules.
The machine operates by applying precise temperature and pressure through upper and lower heating plates, causing the encapsulation film to melt and flow, filling all gaps between material layers. After controlled cooling and solidification, the layers form a complete, hermetically sealed photovoltaic module with optimal performance characteristics.
