This semi-automatic roll flute paper thermal film sheet hot press dry laminating machine is specifically designed for solar module production processes. It utilizes advanced hot-pressing technology to bond multiple layers of photovoltaic materials into sealed, durable solar panels.
The machine operates on hot-pressing technology principles. Multiple material layers including photovoltaic cells, glass, backsheets, and encapsulation films are placed in the laminator's working chamber. Through precise temperature and pressure application by upper and lower heating plates maintained for specific durations, the encapsulation film melts and flows under heat and pressure, completely filling gaps between material layers. After cooling and solidification, all layers bond tightly together, forming complete, well-sealed photovoltaic modules.
