This fully automatic production line operates on advanced hot-pressing technology to create sealed photovoltaic modules through precise temperature and pressure control.
Industrial solar module lamination machine with control panel and heating system
The laminator processes multiple material layers including photovoltaic cells, glass, backsheets, and encapsulation films within its working chamber. Through controlled heating and pressure application, the encapsulation film melts and flows to fill all gaps between materials, then cools and solidifies to form a complete, well-sealed photovoltaic module.
