The internal embedded panels can be made of steel or galvanized steel, and the insulation can be EPS foam or XPS foam, fiberglass, or aluminum panels with a protective film typically adhered to the outer surface.

Processing capabilities:

Capable of processing and cutting various types and sizes of carriage board materials, meeting the processing requirements for different vehicle models, including board trimming, L-shaped recesses, grooves, and processing requirements for side doors. Able to process different types of notches in the board material, including the need for processing inclined and beveled surfaces. Can perform drilling and tapping functions for stainless steel or steel liners, meeting the processing needs for connection holes in the carriage board.
