Features:

This machine is our new curved surface spraying machine. This machine is easy to operate, stable structure, adopts steel wire rope convey method, designed specially for large board product.

Using the steel wire rope could remove the solid paint naturally through physical process, no need to clean specially. It would be self-clean, greatly reduce the cost( no need the paint thinner)

Infrared automatic measuring system can automatically detect the width of the work piece that is waiting for process. It makes the route of the spraying gun and the time of ‘on and off’ of the spraying more accurate, in this way reduce the unnecessary waste.

It is carried out by the sensor at feed-in entrance of the spraying area, the parameter is set on the touchable screen by the operator.

Note: could choose different gun and a corresponding feed-in pump according to the customer’s different requirement.
