During UF system operation, avoid sudden pressure changes during startup, shutdown, operation, or cleaning procedures. Never exceed the maximum pressure limits specified in this manual to prevent:
- Membrane breakage
- Seal failure
- Membrane shell cracking
- Other serious damage
Our products undergo factory anti-corrosion treatment with membrane wires in semi-dry state. For manual operation:
- Set water production rate to 50% of design capacity
- Initial production water must be discharged - not suitable as product water
