Product Description
Stable Performance and Increased Water Yield with SINOMEMB® SNLE Series Low Pressure RO Membrane Elements
Product Description

SINOMEMB® Industry Energy Saving SNLE Series RO Membrane Elements

The Energy Saving series SNLE element is designed for desalination treatment of surface water, groundwater, and low-pollution water sources with salt content below 1000ppm. Ideal for:

  • Municipal landscape, water supply, and drainage systems
  • Agricultural irrigation and municipal drinking water
  • Small low-pollution medium water treatment
  • Healthcare industry pure water and ultra-pure water
  • Commercial pure water machines and integrated water purifiers

Key advantages include ultra-low operating pressure, high water yield flux, superior desalination rate, and minimal operating energy consumption.

Extremely Low Pressure Elements

XLP series (extremely low pressure) aromatic polyamide RO elements are specially developed for surface and underground water treatment. Operating at approximately half the pressure of standard low pressure membranes while maintaining 98% rejection rate, these elements significantly reduce system investment and operational costs.

Scope of Application

XLP series RO elements are suitable for:

  • Surface water, underground water, and municipal water with TDS < 1000 ppm
  • Second pass of two-pass RO systems
  • Bottled water production and drinking water systems
  • Boiler replenishment water
  • Food processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing

FAQs on Reverse Osmosis RO Membrane OEM Manufacturing
Q: How is SINOMEMB membrane different from others?
A: We offer exceptional value with competitive pricing, performance equivalent to premium membranes, and extended longevity.
Q1: What type of RO membrane is available in your company?

A1: Our product range includes:

Domestic RO membranes:

  • Municipal Tap water RO membranes
  • Rural Area Under Ground water RO membranes
  • High-flow Low-pressure RO membranes
  • Brackish water RO membranes

Industrial RO membranes:

  • Low-Pressure energy-saving RO membranes
  • BW Brackish water desalination RO membranes
  • FR Fouling Resistant RO membranes
  • XLE Extreme Low-Pressure RO membranes
  • High Salinity Brackish Water Desalination RO membranes
Q2: What is the Salt Rejection Ratio?
A2: The salt rejection percentage indicates the amount of salt removed from feed water. While important, other factors like membrane durability, stability, regional applicability, and permeate flow output at given pressures are equally critical for assessing membrane quality.
Q3: Is the Salt ratio of the RO membrane the higher the better?
A3: Optimal salt rejection depends on feed water quality. For good quality water, 90% rejection may suffice, while brackish water environments typically require ≥95% rejection. The key consideration is meeting local drinking water standards.
Q4: Are there other elements to consider when selecting RO membranes?
A4: Yes, pre-treatment filter cartridges and systems significantly impact RO membrane performance. We recommend high-quality filters and pre-treatment systems for optimal results.
Q5: Why is there white foam-like water during initial usage?
A5: This results from water-soluble protective coating applied to preserve membrane shelf life. During initial use, both rejected and treated water should be discarded until the membrane is thoroughly cleaned. Do not store initial treated water.
