PVC conveyor belt is composed of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coating and polyester mesh layer. It has good flexibility, wear resistance and tensile strength.
Load capacity, suitable for single weight 5 ~ 30 kg material (depending on the belt thickness and structural strength) .
Operating Environment, suitable for dry or mildly humid environment, weak acid and alkali resistance, but not suitable for high temperature (long-term > 80 °C) , oil or sharp material environment.
Economy, compared with Pu, rubber conveyor belt, PVC conveyor belt cost is lower, suitable for budget limited production line.
Clean maintenance, smooth surface, easy to clean, in line with food, pharmaceutical industry health requirements (need to choose food grade PVC) .
Quiet operation, low friction coefficient, low noise, suitable for indoor workshop use.
