Each placement head is equipped with an independent camera motor and lens/zoom component in the "on-the-fly alignment" vision system. This revolutionary hardware parallelization design solves the fundamental contradiction between efficiency and precision that cannot be resolved at the software level.
Parallel Vision Processing: The most significant advantage - all placement heads can simultaneously and independently capture images and perform recognition calculations while in motion. No waiting, no queuing.
True "On-the-Fly Alignment": Component recognition process is 100% synchronized with placement head movement. As the placement head moves from pick-up to PCB placement position, its built-in camera completes component recognition, positioning, and angle calculation along the way. Upon reaching the target point, placement occurs immediately, achieving "zero" visual waiting time.
