PPGL Galvanized Color Steel Coil
Our Galvanized Pre-painted Steel Coil (PPGL) is a high-performance metal material widely used in global construction, industrial and household sectors. It adopts premium hot-dip galvanized steel as the substrate, which goes through a professional surface pretreatment process including degreasing, pickling, phosphating and passivation. This treatment removes surface contaminants and oxides, improving coating adhesion and durability for long-term use.
Using advanced roller coating technology, both sides of the coil are coated with high-quality organic paint such as polyester, silicon-modified polyester or PVDF. The coating thickness is uniformly controlled within 10–30μm, providing good color stability and weather resistance. The finished material can resist UV radiation, rain erosion and moderate chemical exposure, maintaining a uniform and bright appearance over extended periods under normal outdoor conditions, without obvious fading, peeling or cracking.
In terms of mechanical performance, the product features good toughness and workability. The galvanized layer (zinc coating weight 40–275g/㎡) offers effective anti-corrosion protection, extending the service life compared with ordinary carbon steel coils. It can be easily bent, cut, stamped, formed and welded without damage to the coating, supporting efficient fabrication and installation for different project requirements.
A variety of customizable options are available to meet diverse customer needs. Substrate thickness ranges from 0.12mm to 1.2mm, width from 800mm to 1250mm, and coil weight from 2 to 5 tons. We provide a wide range of standard RAL colors, and custom color matching is acceptable based on customer samples. Different surface finishes such as glossy, matte and textured can also be arranged upon request.
Typical applications include roofing, wall cladding, partitions and ceilings for industrial plants, warehouses and residential buildings. It is also widely used for home appliance casings, container liners, metal furniture and decorative materials.
